our evaluation OF YOUR PROPERTY breaks down into 4 stages:
Our team will thoroughly determine what needs to be “fixed”, discarded, changed and re-envisioned and decide if one of our team can correct or whether to bring in outside vendors such as plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, etc. to elevate the home to the next level; all the while supervising them - freeing up the agent and homeowner’s valuable time.
What level of “clean” is the home? Is it superficial and regular housekeepers will suffice or are we going to need to bring in the big guns crew for a deep cleaning?
Re-organizing your home includes editing the space and then determining whether to throw away, donate, or sell items. This will be done in various ways determined by the condition the home is in.
selling:
We handle all of it from Estate Sales, Local Sellers to furniture consignment to edit your inventory.
Donating:
We deal with tax credit donations or deliver items to veterans organizations or other services for the cause.
throw away:
We manage recylables and trash removal.
Staging is just a small part of what we do, to get your home set up for the next level to get the most out of your investment. We manage all elements that need improvement.
Finessing whether a home simply needs a REIMAGINING, re-purposing your own furnishings and / or possibly filling in the void with rented or purchased furniture pieces to upstage the space and making it functional and meaningful creating an attractive atmosphere for the seller / buyer. We do it all, including managing a full staging crew from our roster of hi-end vendors.
Our beautifying includes interior and exterior painting, restoration, interior decorating, closet, kitchen, attic, garage organization, flower arrangements, as well as full landscaping.
